Citation and commencement

This planning scheme may be cited as Our Place Our Plan Gladstone Regional Council Planning Scheme.

A notice was published in the Government Gazette No. 371 on 9 October, 2015 for the planning scheme for the Gladstone Regional Council.

The commencement date for the planning scheme was 12 October, 2015.

Amendments to the planning scheme are included at Appendix 2.
